Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders within the U.S. are shipped out within 3 - 5 Days. Unless the items bought are a Preorder.

IN STOCK ITEMS  : 3 - 5 Days Shipping 
PREORDER : 3 - 4 Weeks.

For preorders, a tracking number will be provided within the same week to provide assurance to the customer. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct and specific shipping address. Metanoia can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or lost packages due to an incomplete or unspecific shipping location.

In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. 

These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Go Metanoia will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

 

RETURNS 

Returns are accepted as long as the product delivered is in a resaleable condition or has a defect.

If your order does not arrive within 65 days, we will guarantee a full refund for your order.

To initiate your return please contact us by emailing:

customer@support-metanoia.com to receive your returns number. 

Any unauthorized returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. The buyer pays shipping.

All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the return number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be accepted if all items are in an unused re-saleable condition or if the items received has a defect.

We offer FREE exchanges for sizes and defected items only. Any other exchanges must be discussed if it is a special case.

We will provide a tracking # to where the return will be sent. The new item will be shipped out once we receive the item that customer is trying to return.
