Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn and unused)
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at customer@support-metanoia.com or through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your item
  2. We'll email you a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Ship your item using the provided label

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Delivery Exception Policy

Orders marked as "delivered" by USPS or other shipping carriers are NOT eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Mishandled by carriers after successful delivery
  • Lost due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at customer@support-metanoia.com right away if you receive:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items
  • Missing items

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty items, cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For fastest service, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

International Returns

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return orders for any reason. Standard return conditions apply (original condition, tags, packaging, and proof of purchase required).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We'll notify you of approval status
  2. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  3. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
